Hayley was born and raised in East Palestine, Ohio on her family farm and participated in 4-H in her youth. Hayley was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2024 and was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 2025.

B.A., The University of Akron, summa cum laude, Political Science with a Spanish Minor, 2021. J.D., The University of Akron School of Law, cum laude, Litigation Certificate, 2023. While in law school, Hayley participated in her school’s trial team where she competed at the Ohio Attorney General and American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy competitions. She received a Certificate of Achievement from the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation for completing 240 hours of pro bono work. During her undergraduate career, Hayley represented Ohio’s sixth congressional district as a congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C.
